Provides advice before purchasing services and selecting plans.
Working hours (CET/CEST): Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–16:00
Remote Hands

Remote Hands services are billed based on actual time spent. Rates:
(CET/CEST) Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00: 85 €/hour
(CET/CEST) Mon–Fri 19:00–00:00: 125 €/hour
(CET/CEST) 00:00–09:00, weekends and public holidays: 150 €/hour
Minimum billing increment: 30 minutes. Billing is performed after task completion.
